Old Spice Review
Old Spice Cologne has to be one of the most well known colognes, and it has been a staple product. Since 2010 there have been a few old spice products that include different scents. Old Spice is said to be for the “high endurance”. Although there are basic grooming lines, they are very high quality and appealing to both men and women. There are antiperspirants, deodorants, body wash, gel and hair wash. This classic product is aimed at those who want to smell original, and not as if they were wearing an overbearing and expensive fragrance.
There is a product that is categorized as Red Zone and it is pushed towards the higher end of the line, with a time release scent which will kick in at exactly the right time. Old Spice has been included in many different commercials with quite humor based concepts. They definitely have based their concept off of the “American Life” and have used their classic appeal to attract customers of all ages. The Old Spice Company has launched some of the most distinct of commercials and has done so with the intent to attract more customers.
The makers of this are the Shulton Company and they were founded in approximately 1934. The first produce was actually an old spice for women, and that of men later followed. The earlier products were really dominated by after-shave lotion and soap with the sailing ships being their trademark symbol. There’s a humorous quote that relates to old spice: “If your grandfather hadn’t worn it you wouldn’t exist.”
That original Old Spice scent was later repackaged and was the Classic Scent which was created into cologne and put into white glass bottles, and later put into a plastic. If you have never smelled this perfume, then you understand the classic and “All American feel.”
This fragrance can be found for $14.25 at Fragrancex.com, which is $6 below retail price. For further details about FragranceX read the FragranceX Review.
